Which is the point when you realise that it would make sense to talk to someone else - rather than waste time on trial and error?  To seek advice or guidance from someone who might already have been faced with the same challenge, dilemma or problem?

Librarians and Info Pros in all disciplines have one thing in common - the 'need' to help and support their customers.  And we are very good at helping each other. 

So.... to circumvent the challenge of finding someone who has a particular skill or competency that you need access to, we have created this Network. 

The plan was to eventually transfer this Network to CILIP Communities, - but this is a big development so will take some time.  In the meantime let's get better at using this space.

The Network will be as valuable as you make it.

We would also love to hear your stories about how the Network has helped (or could help) you be "the best that you can be".
